PROJECT DESCRIPTION
5000 SF educational-Tenant improvement of classroom space and 3,500 square feet of office space tenant improvement. Fast-tracked schedule to build a new early childhood learning center and county offices into an existing core and shell. Installation of new kitchen facility and new ADA restrooms and child sized restroom facilities in each classroom. Common area finishes and new openings for stairwells, to bring in more light. Reorientation of structural elements in the upstairs office area to create an open work environment. Installation of new playground area , fencing and new playground equipment.
