PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Non – Profit 2000 SF addition, 9800 SF interior remodel, with extensive water mitigation and cutoff trench at exterior. Construction of a new ADA access ramp for the patrons housed in a 2000 SF addition to the existing industrial building. New offices and conference rooms with all new finishes and reception area. Installation of new coolers for produce to serve patrons and new warehouse and storage areas. The building had been compromised by extensive water infiltration adjacent to an irrigation ditch. We installed a 20’ deep mitigation trench with monitoring to allow for underground water to be diverted away from the structure. Installation of extensive drainage into the storm sewer system and the repurposing of the South side of the building into a community garden. We worked with the construction committee and board of the Non profit to respond to the requirements of the RFP and design the project under a pre construction agreement.
