PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Ground-Up, single-story, 2,899 SF interfaith & public assembly building, with an attached artist’s studio. The Fabric arts studio is for the artists personal use and includes a lot of natural light and separate access. The Urban Sanctuary structure is based on Vedic architecture and at its center has a open two story gathering space> the finishes are Tladikat Plaster, exposed cedar beams and columns that are arranged in two large converging semicircles. A custom Hewn cedar exterior adorns the facade of the sanctuary. There is a substantial commercial kitchen installed that will host event catering and cooking classes.
