PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Installed in a multi-tenant retail space with other restaurant, office and brewery options, this one of a kind coffee shop wanted to shine. The space had been completely cut off from the existing utilities of the building so all new services for dry and wet utilities had to be brought to the space through finished and occupied spaces.
Installation of a coffee roasting facility and packaging center for their own brand (OTIS) was meant to be an asset on display in the coffee shop. Done in Phases to work with The city of Lafayette on a larger project where Milo was hired to renovate the exterior of the building, we were able to get a revocable lease established for the patio and the use of their new liquor license. Extensive use of subway tile, New casework integrated into the old storefront entry, creation of the new bar and serving area made this small space shine.
