||Urban West Studio
New corporate interior project by Urban West for a growing investment firm with a new Boulder location.. Working inside the envelope of a newly restored downtown Boulder historic structure, the challenges for getting modern utilities and HVAC were some of the largest obstacles. Class A finishes using a lot of glass and restored surfaces that allowed the historic nature of the building to come through were paramount to the client and architect. This was a remodel that took place around existing tenants and on the second floor of a busy downtown corner. The challenges and logistics of this project required careful planning and execution to not disturb the work of the adjacent and above Class A tenants.
