PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Ground up construction of a family practice eye care facility. Approached during the final phases of design, Milo was able to suggest some of the structural changes necessary to deal with the extremely expansive soil on the site. Caisson and grade beam with a structural floor for the main structure. Installation of all wet and dry utilities, interior fit and finish and installation of the exam rooms and equipment support. moisture conditioned and recompacted grade for all new parking lot area and new curbs and hardscapes.
