PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Taking two existing restaurants at two different floor elevations and combining them into one large space with a brand new show kitchen and large prep kitchen and beer storage area. The second location for this brewery was to be the foray into Multi site expansion. Removal of the entire demising wall and kitchens of the existing restaurants, removal of all floor and wall finishes, reorientation of roof support to make a more open floor plan, creation of a standalone signature bar and access to a large exterior seating area through new garage doors. THis exterior patio area was bound on either side by shipping containers reworked into partially covered seating and integrated into the new storefront entry Patio heaters provided a 4 season dining area. All of the concrete floor was removed and replaced to better handle the flow of the interior space and make use of the different floor heights in the space.
