PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Extensive demolition and partial remediation of a 15,000 SF older building on a 1 Ac site to then place a 23,000 SF Luxury Multifamily/Mixed Use, for sale, project in Downtown Lafayette. Comprising 12 Residential Units and two Commercial Units that are three and two stories respectively and separated into three buildings on the site. Extensive work with the City of Lafayette and Private ownership to negotiate the parking and new access to the site. Phased construction allowed the developer to pre-sell some of the units while the third building was still under construction.
