PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Ground up- Retail- Core and Shell Building 13,625 SF Hardscaped Area: 75,000 SF Landscaped Area: 34,215 SF Total Land Area: 120,840 SF
On the site of the Old Louisville Lumber warehouses, this building was envisioned as an anchor to the new DELO development on he Eastern side of Louisville. We first removed the buildings on the over 1.5AC site and cut back the utilities and removed the existing concrete dump area.
The building was a standard spread footing retail strip but with higher end and more durable construction type and finishes. Red iron and CMU structure skinned with brick stone and stucco. Two demising walls installed at time of core and shell and only one Grease interceptor. The parking areas were extensive and built to park the potential pad sites bookending the site on the north and SOuth. ALl utilities are stubbed to the pad sites and ready to build. New wet and dry utilities and a 1200 Amp service for the potential restaurant and retail users.
During the construction Milo was hired to build for the two anchor tenants on the North and South Ends of the building. Which included consultation during the permit and design process that allowed the tenants to move quickly into the construction phase while we were completing the core and shell.
