PROJECT DESCRIPTION
7,568 square feet of Class A Corporate Interior finish from core and shell condition. KBI had recently needed to create space for their executive team in the Colorado offices and needed a place for more of their workforce to grow and expand. Work included a full strip and grind of the concrete deck, installation of power for 50 Cubicles, new break room and full kitchen,new lighting, HVAC, two conference rooms and three executive offices. Trying to work with the existing MEP within a busy facility required constant coordination with the building ownership and tenant.
