PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Second floor Corporate interiors project to be the new Headquarters of publicly traded S&W Seed. starting with a partially demoed interior space, we worked with the architect to reorient the entry and common space in this downtown Longmont building. New floor wall and ceiling finishes. Installation of new HVAC, plumbing, large conference room, new individual office suites, large Cubicle area and break room with partial kitchen.
