PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Milo has partnered with several different Take 5 franchisee across the front range as the trusted commercial contractor for both renovations of existing sites and ground up construction. Responding to the needs of Take 5 in this new market to help identify locations, work with brokers and developers offering both pad sites and existing buildings, we have been able to site and develop multiple locations. Currently working with these franchisees, we have been able to hone the construction program here in Colorado. Based on our unique weather, soil types and constraints with busy municipalities, we have become a trusted partner in the development and expansion of this franchise in our front range market.
Our current take 5 Projects are renovations of existing facilities that were either mechanic’s shops or car wash facilities. Being able to help our franchise partners review the existing conditions and navigate the changes in use or sIte plan review processes had been very satisfying for us and successful for our clients.
