Renovation of former office building to world headquarters for Church/Spiritual Group – 28,000sqft

Lotus Lofts
Renovation of former commercial office space to Loft style living units
Renovation took place within a complex of existing retail concerns that needed complete access.

Lyons Redstone History Museum
Historic building in downtown Lyons housing a Lyons Redstone Museum and archive. Renovation of
the building funded by State Historic fund Grant and privately raised funds by the non-profit museum.
Pre-Construction estimating and budget created for the architect to realistically phase construction and
renovation to match budget available by grant funding.

Cardinal Mill Phased Rehabilitation Project
Historic 7000 Sq foot Gold, Silver and Tungsten Mill in the historic town of Cardinal. Boulder County
Parks and Open Space purchased the property to renovate the mill and preserve the rich mining
history of Boulder County. The construction was broken down into distinct phases for budget and grant
funding reasons. Milo OCnstruction worked with Boulder County to create pre-construction estimates
and separate the construction into the absolute necessities for stabilization and eventual use by the
public.
